UNITY TICKET-RÜCKERSTATTUNG

Die diesjährige UNITY muss unter der vom Bund verordneten 2G Regel durchgeführt werden. Einlass nur für Geimpfte oder Genesene. Tests sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Rechtslage sagt folgendes:

Der Grund warum jemand nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen kann

liegt beim Gast, nicht beim Veranstalter, der seine Leistung mit der Durchführung der Veranstaltung erbringt. Eine Rückerstattung des Ticketpreises ist somit nicht gegeben.
Zudem wurde auf der Ticketseite und auf dem Ticket hingewiesen:

The event is following the covid-19 messures of swiss authorities

access by valid ch or eu covid certificate.

D.h. ein Ticketkauf erfolgt für den Gast in Zeiten der Pandemie auf eigenes Risiko.

Aufgrund dieser Info sind unsere Partner nicht bereit eine Rückerstattung durchzuführen.

Wir konnten jedoch aushandeln, dass 50% der Ticketkosten zurückerstattet werden können.

Die Tickets sind nicht persönlich, dürften allfällig auch weiterverkauft werden.

UNITY-TICKETREFUND

This year’s UNITY will take place under the 2G Rule. Based on local authorities decision.
Access only for vaccinated or recovered guests. No tests are allowed.

From site of the law re ticketrefund it says the following:
The reason why someone cannot take part at the events is the guest himself and not from behalf of the promoter, that is still organising the event as promoted. A ticket-refund is not given under these circumstances.
As well in event promotion, ticket-site and on the ticket it said:
The event is following the covid-19 messures of swiss authorities
access by valid ch or eu covid certificate.

So this means in times of a pandemie you buy a ticket on your own risk in terms of entry rules in order by the goverment based on covid-19 messures.

Based on these informations our partners are not willing to pay back any money.

But we figured a deal: we can refund 50% of the ticketcosts.

Just to let you know: tickets are not personal, a re-sell would be possible as well.
